Welcome to Lovengold. We aim to continuously strive to delight our customers. Kindly read through the following terms before making any purchase. By using this site, you indicate your acceptance of these terms of use.

Lovengold is not affiliated with any third parties that sell or advertise our products without a written agreement with us. Lovengold will not be held responsible for any such products purchased through unauthorized sellers.

Lovengold reserves the right to update or revise these terms of use. The continued use of the site following posting of any changes to the terms of use constitutes acceptance of these changes.

PRIVACY

  • Lovengold Pte Ltd respects the privacy rights of our customers and we will only track statistics for business purposes. No private information will be disclosed to unrelated entities or any third party merchants unless required by law. All email addresses in our mailing list are strictly kept confidential.
  • This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected, stored, disclosed and/or processed by Lovengold.
  • This Policy is based on the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and all the associated regulations and guidelines as may from time to time be issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission (“PDPC”) of Singapore. Lovengold practices may be subjected to different or more restrictive local laws in jurisdictions outside of Singapore.
  • If you sign up to our newsletter we may use your email address to send you information about products or services. You may opt to unsubscribe at any point in time.

PAYMENT

  • For orders within Singapore, we accept Internet Banking, ATM Bank Transfers, Visa, MasterCard as well as PayPal
  • For international orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal
  • Customers are to provide correct details when checking out. Lovengold will not be responsible for any delays caused by incorrect/insufficient payment details provided.
  • Our bank account details for bank transfers is DBS CURRENT ACCOUNT 010-904433-7

DELIVERY

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days upon verification of payment.
  • We work with a trusted courier service provider to dispatch the parcels to our customers. Tracking is available.

RETURNED PARCELS

  • Customers will be notified via email should Lovengold receive any returned parcels bearing their name.
  • Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Lovengold will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part.
  • Returned parcels that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as Lovengold’s property and no compensation will be provided as sufficient response time has been given.

BACKORDERS

  • Backorders placed via our website are subjected to delays/cancellations that are beyond Lovengold’s control.
  • In the event of a cancellation of backorder, a full refund/credit will be offered.
  • A full refund/cancellation on a customer’s request on any ongoing backorder at any point will not be accepted.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • All goods sold are non-refundable.
  • Requests for returns for store credits are allowed for regular-priced items only. Please contact us within the 7 working days for local orders or 14 working days for overseas orders from the dispatch date.
  • All sale items and items purchased using discount codes or credits are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable & non-refundable.
  • Kindly note that there may be a 0.25″ to 0.5″ difference in our given measurements as apparel are mass manufactured. This variance will not be considered as a defect.
  • Please note that postage incurred for returns are borne by customer.

DEFECTIVE / FAULTY ITEMS RECEIVED

  • We apologize for mailing you a defective/faulty item. Please inform the Customer Service Team by taking a snapshot of the defective area and sending it to us at askus@lovengold.com.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in original condition (unwashed, unworn and in a brand new and saleable condition).
  • Kindly note that there may be a 0.25″ to 0.5″ difference in our given measurements as apparel are mass manufactured. This variance will not be considered as a defect.
  • A refund will only be processed if the item(s) have ran out of stock for exchanges.

INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED

  • We apologize for mailing you an incorrect item. Please inform the Customer Service Team at askus@lovengold.com with the order number and item name.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in original condition (unwashed, unworn and in a brand new and saleable condition).
  • A refund will only be processed if the item(s) have ran out of stock for exchanges.

PRODUCT CARE

  • It is advisable to hand wash all Lovengold apparel (individually) without soaking for the first few washes as colour transfer may occur.
  • Please iron on reverse side of the apparel with low to medium heat settings. Steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron) is also encouraged.
