- Most orders will be dispatched within 1 – 3 working days upon payment confirmation.
- Once your order has been collected by our courier partner, you will receive a dispatch notification email with the tracking number.

Free courier delivery for orders above $100 during non-promotional period.
Delivery time is not inclusive of administrative processes. Delivery time tends to take slightly longer during festive periods.
Kindly note that if your order consists of in-stock and backorder items, your in-stock item(s) will be dispatched to you first.
Another $2.90 delivery fee will be charged for backorder item(s).
Please note that courier will attempt a second delivery should the first delivery be unsuccessful.
However, if second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us.
The cost of $3 for redelivery will be borne by the customer.
